C’mon Tigre Share ‘Driver Idle’ Video Featuring Perry Maysun, Continue Rolling Out Untitled 2026 Album

C’mon Tigre have a new one out. ‘Driver Idle (feat. Perry Maysun)’ landed April 24, a follow-up to ‘K//A\K//A’ from last September, and another piece of a 2026 album that still hasn’t settled into a title.

The record’s been taking shape in bits, live shows feeding back into studio work, ideas shifting depending on where they’re played. The video keeps things a little off-balance. A man moves through spaces that feel familiar at first glance, then slightly wrong the longer you look. He paints his face, more like marking territory than putting on a mask. People cross paths, stick around for a moment, then disappear. A van, a stretch of road, a loose circle of bodies moving together. Small, temporary setups. Enough to get through, not much more. Nothing wraps up neatly at the end. It just stops.

Perry Maysun comes in without changing the track’s direction. His voice sits low in the mix, steady, not reaching for attention. He’s put out a long run of projects over the years, building a lane that leans inward without closing itself off. In 2024 he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and kept recording through treatment, writing from his hospital room. That part isn’t underlined here, but it’s hard to miss once you know it.
