Charlottesville, Virginia heavy metal trio Üga Büga release their second full-length album, ‘Valley of the Wolf’, on June 5, 2026.

Arriving two years after their debut album, ‘Year of the Hog’, the new record continues the band’s larger-than-life world of beasts, warriors, dark magic and post-apocalyptic adventure.

Built around singer/guitarist Calloway Jones, bassist Niko Cvetanovich and drummer Jimmy Czywczynski, Üga Büga blend sludge-metal weight, stoner-rock groove and a sharpened melodic attack. Across ten tracks, ‘Valley of the Wolf’ expands the band’s fictional terrain through songs including ‘Mötorhog,’ ‘Divine Slaughter (Backyard Barbecue Bonanza)’, ‘The Sand Witch’ and the title track.

The album follows a strong reception for ‘Year of the Hog’. With ‘Valley of the Wolf’, Üga Büga push that foundation into a new chapter: a riff-driven record shaped by the trio’s collaborative writing and their taste for cinematic, comic-book-scale imagery.

‘Valley of the Wolf’ was produced by Üga Büga and Dave Kaminsky, who also mixed and engineered the album at Studio Wormwood. Mastering was handled by Brian Williams at Augmented Audio.

The band mark the album’s arrival with live dates in Montclair, New Jersey; Bel Air, Maryland; and their home city of Charlottesville, Virginia. Pre-orders for ‘Valley of the Wolf’ are available now through Bandcamp.
