Austin songwriter Lindsey Mackin, operating under the moniker Annabelle Chairlegs, has dropped her raucous new single, ‘Patty Get Your Gun.’

The track serves as the final preview of her third studio album, ‘Waking Up,’ arriving this Friday, January 30th, via TODO Records. Produced by garage-psych icon Ty Segall in Topanga, CA, the album sees Mackin trading polished pop for grittier, mechanical textures without losing her signature sun-soaked hooks.

Speaking on the energy of the new single, Mackin states: “Be curious. Have humility… The world is on fire and we should be on fire too.”

‘Patty Get Your Gun’ follows acclaimed singles ‘Heavy Sleeper’ and ‘Concrete Trees,’ ushering in a bold new chapter for the Austin mainstay.

Since relocating to Austin in 2013, Mackin has established Annabelle Chairlegs as a formidable live force, lighting up festivals like Levitation and ACL and sharing bills with The Zombies and The Brian Jonestown Massacre.
