French Trio RAVAGE Announces Self-Titled Debut Album, Unleashes Single ‘Demon Lover’

The relentlessly innovative French trio RAVAGE has announced their self-titled debut album, set for release on November 14, 2025, through Sérotine Records.

The announcement is heralded by the first single, ‘Demon Lover,’ a track that immediately defines the band’s unclassifiable aesthetic.

‘Demon Lover’ is a compelling study in contrasts. A convergence of enormous sound and passionate romance, possessing the vitality of a new shoot already grappling with harsh realities. The accompanying video, shot by Pierre Veyser during a May 2023 residency at La Fonderie in Le Mans, captures the trio’s live energy.

Formed in 2024, RAVAGE is a “restless” project that thrives in the electric boundary between savagery and delicacy. The trio is comprised of three seasoned composer-improvisers: Anthony Laguerre on drums, and Bastien Pelenc and Mathieu Werchowski on amplified violins. This unconventional power-trio setup enables a sound that shifts from repetitive minimalist trance to wild, doom-laden electroacoustics.

Driven by obstinacy and a desire to liberate the unconscious, RAVAGE’s debut is poised to be a landmark experimental release.
