Yali Blank explains, “I wrote ‘Carousel’ after a time in my life when everything felt numb. I was going through the motions, smiling at parties, dancing in clubs, but completely disconnected inside. The song reflects that strange emotional loop — spinning around and around without really feeling anything. On the surface, it’s glossy and upbeat, but underneath there is a quiet cry for something real.”
