‘The Orions’ by The Orions | Album Premiere
Exclusive album premiere of The Orions’ sophomore album, out via Otitis Media Records.
The band members all grew up and played in several bands at the local Israeli Punk scene from which they brought many influences and managed to create a unique mixture of sound and attitude with reminders of some Psychedelia, Post-Punk, Proto-Metal and a pinch of Mediterranean sea-salt.
Their instrumental tracks are filled with deep and dynamic sound which depicts narratives that are led by a leading guitar duo and backed by a hectic drum-bass rhythm section. There are some familiar and even nostalgic elements to their music but at the same time – innovative, mysterious and unpredictable.
Throughout the years, The Orions have released several releases that gained a global following. The band also toured Europe for several times and are currently releasing their sophomore LP on American label Otitis Media Records.
