‘We Are Slaves’ by Le Days | New Album, ‘Stuck In My Head’
Exclusive track premiere of ‘We Are Slaves’ by Le Days, taken from the upcoming album, ‘Stuck In My Head’.
”Absolutely nothing recorded has ever dared to be more vulnerable”
This was said about his debut album ‘Dead people on tape’. His works have been called estranged, closed-curtain, fevered, out of this world, emotionally disturbed and hauntingly beautiful. Now coming up with his fourth studio album, we are once again invited to a world created out of compulsions and survival needs that can leave the listener in places not expected to.
From the third album ‘We Are Nowhere’ Le Days now follows up with an alternate recording session from Svenska Grammofonstudion. This album will go by the name of ‘Stuck In My Head’ and has alternate recordings from their second album ‘I Am Your King’ and their third album ‘We Are Nowhere’ as well as some new tracks and this time accompanied by two cellos.
”I have this sound, this feeling of being drowned, I can feel it in my body, in my lungs but I don’t seem to die. It’s pulling me, keeping me alive. That’s what I’ve felt and still feel many times. This is how I try To get it out of me”.
“We Are Slaves” is the first single of the album and the voice behind Le Days also made an rare exclusive interview to be released on the hungarian Lahmacun Radio.
The full album is expected in late May or June. Until then.
