Sour Janes is a Berlin-based four-piece with an alt-country backbone, blended with psych-rock and post-punk melodies. Formed in 2019, they met through a shared love of lost sub-cultures of the past, 60s garage band guitars, and bargain crate records; in the dark corners of a candle-lit Berlin dive bar.
The offering of their sophomore single, ‘Elma’, is a high-intensity journey on a three-track ep release, called ‘Rodeo of None’.
Through a once twisted mind, oozing fuzzed-out lead guitar, a driving rhythm section, and laidback keys playing host to a slide guitar and harmonica, which mold the track together.
