The Jackets have been around since 2007 and hail from Bern, Switzerland. They’ve toured all over Europe, the UK, and recently begun touring the United States due to invites from The Woggles, The Loons, and The Darts. The group is made of three people: Jackie Brutsche (guitars/vox) – a playwright and artist from Zurich, Chris Rosales (drums) – an expat from Southern California who lived in Switzerland for 25 + years now, he and Jackie formed the band, and Sam Schmidiger (bass). Voodoo Rhythm Records is releasing the fourth full length album and the second released on their label! For this new album The Jackets have once more assembled their ‘dream team’ of recording engineer Nene Baratto (Movie Star Junkies) and His Royal Highness King Khan who produced their single in 2017 and Jim Diamond (White Stripes, The Cambodian Space Project) has joined the team to mix and master.
