Frank Attard: We are treating this one as an outtakes album. But really, it sits in the catalog just like any of the others. At the end of the day it is still new jams, first-time released. These jams are from the ‘Meltdown On The Horizon’ session (Album released 2019)
We thought these jams should still be heard, so here they are on a new album. There is an alternate take of ‘Rollback’, which is much shorter than the original. Two more tracks, ‘Hedera Helix, Parts 1 and 2’ (basically two songs on one track there) and ‘Time-lapse Explorations’ round out the album. It’s worth noting that ‘Time-lapse Explorations’ is a continuation of track 4’Sunset Variations’ from The ‘Meltdown’ Album, You can hear where ‘Sunset Variations’ ends and then we kept jamming for over half an hour. That can finally be heard here.
