Custard Flux Return with ‘Enter Xenon’ | Watch the Premiere of ‘The Floating Chamber’
Detroit’s own Custard Flux, led by Curvey of The Luck of Eden Hall, are back with their new album, ‘Enter Xenon,’ and today we’ve got the exclusive premiere of their stunning new video, ‘The Floating Chamber.’
At nearly 12 minutes, ‘The Floating Chamber’ stands as the album’s towering centerpiece, a s hypnotic journey where Curvey constructs a massive sonic cathedral using ARP and Pro-One synthesizers, woven with rich tape loops. He’s joined by Vito Greco (guitar), Timothy Prettyman (bass), Nick Pruett (drums), and Andy Thompson (Mellotron), creating an immersive rich sound.
The video, crafted by visual artist Shane Swank, mirrors the track’s ambition perfectly. It’s a visual odyssey, a kaleidoscopic collage that dives headfirst into mind-bending territory, layering imagery as densely as the band layers sound.
