The Pink Diamond Revue – “Go Go Girl” premiere

The Pink Diamond Revue exist in a world outside of ours; a three piece project from outer-space via Reading, they create a truly unique mixture of heady electro and vintage blues. After perfecting their experiments across the UKs seediest basement bars, the team are now ready to release ‘Go Go Girl’ unto their unsuspected public, destined to be met with envious eyes.

Fronted by their leader Acid Dol (a model from another dimension), PDR combine beats from today with riffs, samples and vocal harmonies from the 50’s and 60’s. Fearlessly active, they’ve clocked over 150 live shows in their brief time here since landing in 2014.

The band use strictly vintage gear, from 70s synths rescued from the rubbish to old guitars. ‘Go Go Girl’ was written on a 1960 EKO and there are no pre-sets on the analogue equipment they use making every performance completely unique.
